The church of St Patrick is situated in the civil parish of St Clement, just beside FB playing fields. In 1943, during the German Occupation, a Mass-centre began operating nearby.
When the war ended, construction of the current church of St Patrick began. The church was completed in 1948 as a daughter church of St Mary and St Peter in St Helier. It has always been served by diocesan clergy.
St Patrick celebrated its sixtieth anniversary on 20 March 2009, with Mass concelebrated by Monsignor Nicholas France and two former parish priests, Canon Peter Turbitt and Fr Colin Ward.
There is a presbytery (currently rented out) and a hall adjacent to the church. To book a party or gathering in the hall adjacant to the church, call the East office manager on 01534 853953 on Monday, Wednesday or Friday mornings or email firstname.lastname@example.org.
